Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations received till 15/09/2025 should attract a processing fee of ₹ 2,000 and 50 $ for International Participants
- Cancellations received after 15/09/2025 will be non-refundable
- All refunds will be processed within 45 – 60 days from the date of completion of the conference
- GST value is non-refundable for any type of cancellation
- Cancellation of your AAC 2025 India registration can be done by writing a mandatory email to the conference secretariat at secretariat@aacindia2025.in clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email is to be sent from the email address which was used for registration.
Important Points
- Registration is mandatory for all the delegates
- Registration is non-transferable
- Registration shall be considered confirmed upon realisation of payment in the conference bank account
- Registration is accepted online only through the conference website only.
- Entry ticket to conference dinner is mandatory and shall be additional charged per person @ ₹ 500 (Indian participants), 10 $ (Foreign participants). Taxes are additional
- Students should submit the bona fide certificate from Head of the Department/Institution as a proof
- Registration is mandatory for platform/poster presentation during the conference.
