Abstract Guideline
Steps of Submission for Website AAC 2025 India
- Step 1: Sign-up or Log in
Sign-up an account to fill in your personal information. If you have already registered, you may login here. - Step 2: Submit your Abstract
Fill in author and abstract information and save. - Step 3: Abstract Submission Acknowledgement
After the abstract submission, an abstract submission acknowledgement will be sent to you via your registered email. - Step 4: Pay Later
No immediate payment required. First/presenting author shall complete the payment upon acceptance of the abstract and registration for your abstract(s) to qualify for presentation during the conference.
Abstract Submission Guideline
- The abstract should be two pages as per attached template.
- The abstract should be submitted in PDF format through the AAC 2025 India website. Any submission via email will not be accepted.
- Please use our template for abstract submission. (Download Template)
- Abstract Submission Deadline: 15th August 2025
- Acceptance Notification will be sent on/before 31st August 2025
Review Process
- The abstracts will be reviewed by the AAC 2025 Technical Program Committee
- Abstracts which do not fulfill the standards will not be accepted.
